Biography

Pathology Associates of Princeton, a Sonic Healthcare Anatomic Pathology Practice, is pleased to include Craig E. Van Uitert, M.D., as a member of its dynamic medical staff. Dr. Van Uitert has an extensive academic and medical professional background.

Dr. Van Uitert received his Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry, graduating with honors from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. Subsequently, he went on to receive his medical degree from the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He began his postgraduate training with an anatomic and clinical pathology residency at the State University of New York Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, where he served as chief resident in his final year. He then completed an anatomic pathology fellowship at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City.

Upon completion of his postgraduate training, Dr. Van Uitert began working as an attending pathologist at the University Medical Center of Princeton, prior to his position as a staff pathologist with Pathology Associates of Princeton.

Over the years, Dr. Van Uitert has developed extensive professional experience. He is a fellow of the College of American Pathologists, and an active member of the American Society for Microbiology and the New Jersey Society of Pathologists.

Dr. Van Uitert holds full medical licensure and is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology.
